Isabel is a native of the Australian mainland in Melbourne. Her father was Australian and her mother is Swiss. Her family grew up in Switzerland Melbourne Jabiru a small mining town in the Northern Territory and Cairns Australia. Together with her sister Nina she attended schools that included First Nations children as well as children from other cultures. Isabel lives currently in Byron Bay NSW Australia. Isabel was involved in drama already during her school days. Then she studied drama at the Queensland University of Technology (Victorian College of Arts) and, more recently, the Perdekamp Emotional Method PEM. Her auditions were not for any roles until she was asked via her agents in 2002. The audition was for the role of Home and Away, 1988. They weren't sure that she would be suitable to be in the role, but they were impressed with her performance and decided to give Tasha an opportunity to play the part. After three years, Isabel was awarded the Logie Award as a new actor in the television industry for her performance. Isabel relocated to Los Angeles, California in 2008. The film she made her debut was Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen in 2009. Isabel has since appeared in a variety of US as well as Australian films, and has won several prizes. Isabel is currently as a character in Bosh & Rockit Ocean Boy, a movie that's fast becoming a classic in Australia. She also acted in the coming action thriller Lunacy. Isabel has also just finished Sons of Summer, and she is in the process of preproduction in the role in the film Marie Curie for Radiant. Award-winning Annika Glac will be writing/directing the movie. Isabel is an avid animal rights supporter and has worked with many environmental organizations. She has been the PatronAmbassador of Melbourne's Human Rights and Arts Film Festival The HRAFF festival has been running for a total of 10 years. Isabel was chosen as the spokesperson for several campaigns and later became a the brand's ambassador due to her being dedicated to eco-friendly, ethical questions as well as social justice.
